Better than expected!

Only lasted a month

I was absolutely in love with this at first. I got one for myself and one for my boyfriend. A week after the return date expired my boyfriends wouldn’t turn on anymore, and 2 days after that the rain stopped working on mine. I think the humidifier worked on both for about a month as well. A complete waste of money… I don’t recommend buying it.UPDATE: The company reached out to me and was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved. I appreciate the assistance they offered even after the 30-Day return had passed. Very professional and has a willingness to assist and make sure their customers are satisfied. Excellent customer service.

It lasted less than a week

Love this humidifier, super cool and sounds Devine. First one started leaking a bit I figured out and would cause a short resulting in the humidifier to not work. Customer service is awesome though, sent me a replacement and I’m excited to set it up !
